Specsavers at Manchester Fort has officially reopened its doors following an exciting refurbishment, welcoming customers back to a refreshed store designed to make every visit more comfortable and convenient.
The significant refurbishment has created more space in the store, with an improved waiting area and collection zone, making choosing and collecting glasses quicker and easier.
To help meet the growing demand for eyecare and audiology appointments, treatment rooms have been upgraded, with more clinic slots available at the weekends and weekday evenings.
The store, which is locally owned and run, hopes to improve the customer experience and be able to treat more of the local community, with Kasiam Shabbir, optometrist director at Specsavers Fort Park, saying: “I have been at the store for 4 years now and we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We used their feedback to inform the new store design to ensure it met customers’ needs. Following our refurbishment, we’re really pleased to be offering a more spacious store and a more comfortable experience.
Be sure to pop into Specsavers at Manchester Fort and experience the new-look store on your next visit.
